Women of Color: Legal Diaries is a podcast showcasing the unheard voices of women of color within the legal profession as they share their own stories of studying and working in, and retiring from the law.
On a bi-weekly basis you will hear stories of successes, challenges, and systemic barriers as a result of their intersectional identity being a presence in a traditionally cis-gender, white, male dominated field.

Naitasia V. Hensey is an attorney licensed in The Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Federal District of Massachusetts. She is a passionate advocate for voices of color in the workplace to be heard and included.
